What to include
You do not need much. Two lines is genuinely enough to start.
- What you need help with, in your own words. “We need a 13-week forecast for the bank by month end” tells us more than a formal brief.
- When you are free for a call, and whether you would rather talk or exchange a few emails first.
If you have them, these help us give you a useful answer straight away rather than a first meeting spent gathering facts:
- The deadline, and who set it.
- Roughly how big the business is and how many people are in the finance team.
- Any model or forecast you already have. We will tell you what we would change about it.
Advisory firm partners: tell us the situation on the project, what the client’s brand and your brand arrangement would be, and when you need someone on site.
What to expect
We reply to every email. Expect an answer quickly.
The reply will either propose a short call, ask two or three specific questions, or tell you that we are not the right fit and suggest who might be. We will give you an indicative rate in that first reply if you ask for one.
